Welcome

Longfield Equestrian Centre is a friendly BHS-approved equestrian centre on the edge of the Pennine Hills overlooking Todmorden, West Yorkshire. We welcome horse lovers of all ages and abilities offering tuition in all aspects of riding, stable management and horse care.

 

In addition to being a riding school, we are a Pony Club Centre and professional livery yard. Holding regular events, clinics and residential courses.

Riding Lessons

We tailored all our lessons to your needs, from learning the basics, building your skills and confidence to specialised competition training.

Training & Tuition

Whether you want to pursue a career with horses or just want to improve your knowledge and skills, our training follows BHS qualifications.

Pony Club

Open to all children age 4 to 21, the Pony Club is a great way to enjoy riding, learn about horses, take part in events, activities and have fun.

Livery

Our BHS approved livery provides a well-equipped, safe environment where horses receive 24 hour supervision by qualified, experienced staff.

Facilities

We have a wide range of facilities including a large 40m x 22m indoor arena, with training mirrors, sound system and spectators’ gallery!

Horse Holidays

We offer first class, self-catering accommodation for you and your horse so that you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in the South Pennine Moors together.
